| Shanghai Grape Restaurant is a historic restaurant with more than 20 years since 1985 and it is famous for Shanghai Benbang cuisine (Hu cai). Shanghai Benbang cuisine has features of red soy and shining sauce, keeping the original flavors of the materials, being fresh, smooth and crispy. In early days, Shanghai Benbang dishes was quite rough in taste but later it underwent some substantial changes by adopting certain merits of other cuisine and preserved its traditional features to fit the taste of Shanghai people, especially the clerisy.
